AquaSpy™ Data Node

This is an intelligent and inexpensive data logger, that provides reliable logging of remote sensor data. The stand-alone unit is compatible with AquaSpy sensing devices and stores the measured values in its large non-volatile memory (2MB). This provides up to 1 year of data logging when a probe is connected. The data can then be simply and quickly downloaded to a PDA or laptop/notebook and synchronized to a PC for viewing.

The Data Node uses AquaSpy's revolutionary 'AO' protocol. This universal 'plug and play' (PnP) solution enables 'auto discovery' of connected sensing devices. This means that pre-configuration is not required and sensing devices are simply connected and start reporting data automatically.

Included with the Data Node are several software services that are required to use the system. These include the ability to transfer data from the Data Node to the PC (via laptop/notebook or PDA); the ability to test and reconfigure the Data Node (if required); and sophisticated PC-based data analysis software.
